How come I get the funny feeling YOU would like to go there and take a look around? Ha ha, just kidding. Actually I love to do that myself. I believe that there is a lot of security around Neverland. As far as I know a company now owns Neverland, or at least a part of it. I saw a little segment on CNBC where the new co owner was discussing future plans for the property. Hopefully they will come up with a good use for the property.

I am moving to Vancouver by the end of this year and want to buy a few acres with a house already built on it or don’t mind building one too. But looking for an area near to the city and peaceful neighborhood.

I hope you have a lot of money. A small acreage around Vancouver could cost quite a bit. The most common areas fairly close to Vancouver with acreages are Surrey, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, maybe Richmond. A few acres in the cheapest of those is going to be at least half a million dollars, and that will be bare land or with an older house on it. You could easily pay a couple of million dollars for an acreage with a new house. You can check real estate prices anywhere in Canada on MLS.ca. There are very few large properties within the city of Vancouver and the few that there are will be very expensive

where’s the best best place to get land for a horse ranch in the USA or Canada?

I live in and prefer Texas since it can be winter one day and almost summer the next many people have horses here. But the best would be like Montana or maybe Georgia/Kentucky area.

The most expensive tends to be coastal land, and you can find ranch properties along the whole coast. If you want a small ranch near LA, Shadow Hills (Sunland) and Acton are ok places. You can find a small house on 3 – 20 acres in Acton starting under $250,000, Shadow Hills is quite a bit more expensive. Lancaster and Palmdale are on the less expensive side for relatively near to LA. There are horse properties in LA, in Pasadena, Agoura Hills, Covina, Pacific Palisades, Topanga, etc.

You will have to compromise, because what you are looking for, doesn’t exist.
Large areas of land are not cheap. Add water-front, forest, and warm climate, nice location – I can guarantee you it WILL be VERY expensive.

Both North and South America are suitable for horses, as long as they have all they need (food, water, shelter etc.)

I own a small rural ranch, but its nice land. They want to shoot a movie for two days on my land and my neighbors land. It is not bad money, but I don’t need it. It seems all well and good to me.

But, anyone know any possible risks associated with this?

As LONG as the Production Company assumes ALL Liability for its Actions on Your Property- you should have No concerns…

I believe that it might be one of the crew staff’s shadow at Michael Jackson’s residence or it might be a bird which flew by. But watch carefully, you guys. The shadow is NOT walking, it’s floating. If it was a shadow of a crew member, then you could see that person’s legs moving and you could tell that person is walking. . But in this case, you don’t see any legs moving apart from each other in the shadow figure and the figure just floats by itself fast! How could a person move and float without moving their legs? That’s the part I don’t get. Pls share your opinions. No silly and rude answers.

No you can not, you have to be a Mexican citizen.
