How many people cattle ranch and how many people suffer consequences from deforestation?

    I’m sorry, but is there a connection there? Many, if not all, cattle ranches in the US are on land where there is no forest. It would be too expensive to chop down a forest just to raise cattle.

    Oh contrair about no trees on cattle ranches, out west especially in the mountains there are lots and lots of trees on cattle ranches, Deforestation, at least in the USA has very little to do with cattle ranching. Most cattle outfits here in East Texas have about one to two acres of wood lands for every eight to ten acres of pasture.
