Would you address it or let it slide since he is so good at his job and its a perk you dont need to pay for?

oh damm, sounds like quite the situation. there is obviously a reason hes doing that. the cow seduced him for christ sakes. i would say let him keep the job. you stay happy, your ranch hand stays happy, and as a bonus your cows are happy. why dont you try joining in the fun???

   You know, some of those cattle can be rather flirtatious. It’s probably not his fault. I mean, come on, you’ve been with the sheep. Wouldn’t this be kind of like the pot calling the cattle, i mean, kettle black?

   Or is it more the case that you’re jealous that he’s made move on bessie and she was the one you have your eye on???

   i’d call the discovery channel and have them do a documentary—you’d get publicity for your ranch, too!

   I would say a few things:

   "To each his own…"

   "Whatever floats your boat…"

   "At least they won’t break your heart…"

   That last one, breaking a man’s heart. That is something women do so often that it can mess a man up something fierce.

   I would then go back into my house, pour a little Jack Daniels, and reminisce about the past few months hopeful that I had, over a workmate. I thought she would come around, but she went for an intern who was there for a few mere weeks.

   We’ve known each other for about 2 years, but she went for the intern guy who is taller, younger, Caucasian-er, and makes about 5 times as much money as I do.

   Oh, well.

   It’s cool because with as many issues as this will cause me in the next few weeks (just heard about their relationship today, confirmed), obviously the ranch hand (in this scenario) is going through worse.

   Right now, I can’t imagine what the hell that might be.
