What are the pros and cons of ranching cattle for poultry meat?

and owning dairy for cattle milk?
sorry i meant ranching cattle for just plain MEAT and chicken for poultry.
Pro Ranching: Properly managed pasture preserves open space and habitat for native species.
Con Ranching: very difficult lifestyle, hard to make a living. Improperly managed pastures can lead to erosion and water quality problems.

You are confused , cattle ( cows ) are raised for beef products . poultry is chicken .
If the ranchers didn’t raise cattle then America would starve to death , we are a nation of beef eaters for the most part anyway .
In regards to the con’s the smell is awful , if you have never been close to a cattle pen that has thousands of cows in it, you can only imagine ‘
