Central Phoenix isn’t where you will find the ranch and horses, you’ll need to go to Scottsdale and other cities in the surrounding cities of Phoenix for this.

They have a few rodeo parks. One in Gilbert, and a equestrian ranch here in Queen Creek. (equestrian means horse)

You might want to try Tyler Farms Arabians out in Mesa. though I have not personally been there before, I have used CitySearch before, and they are offering what you want in their listing, and they have received a 5 star rating. the listing is here: http://phoenix.citysearch.com/profile/1639822/mesa_az/tyler_farms_arabians.html
