Royal Horse Ranch Show- Amy and Dubie

Well, We’re back from our first show! Dubie was absolutely amazing! We ended up with reserve champion and my best friend, Katie, and her horse, Duchess (Double Duch), went home with champion! I made Dubie’s show name P.S. I Love You, just so you guys know. Sorry some of the video clips are blury. Its like that because my camera sometimes doesn’t focus correctly. And this wasn’t all of our classes, this was only the second day, because of course on the first day, I forgot my camera battery back at where we were staying! I was so mad! And the last video clip in the video, I think my mom was having a seizure or something! HAHA! Ok, well here’s where we placed in our classes:
(First Day)
Warm-up: First
Hunter 1: First
Hunter 2: Second
Eq Over Fences: First
Eq on the Flat: First
Beginner Eq on the Flat: Fourth (out of 11 riders)
(Second Day)
Beginner Hunter U/S: Sixth (Out of 11 horses)
Warm-up: Third
Hunter 3: First
Hunter 4: Fourth
Hunter 5: Fifth
Hunter U/S: Second (Out of 7 horses)
We actually showed in Long Stirrup, which is 18″, but my instructor wanted us to also do the Beginner (2′3″) flat classes, just to see how we’d do. She says that probably by the middle of the show season, me and Dubie will be ready for the Beginners division though. But for now, I just need to keep getting used to my new horsie!
We are having another show this Saturday, April 19th, which is also my birthday, so hopefully we’ll do just as good as we did at this show! That would be a great birthday present!

Your Horse is absolutly gawjuzz he looks like my friends old hobut she had to sell himrse Minister and he was a great jumper and dressager but she had to sell him like last yr or 2007 and we both were upset but Dubie is sooooooooo0 gorgeous

Great job you two. …
Great job you two. I just watched some of your trainer on him, and I’m just in love with your horse. He takes the big and small jumps with such confidence. He seems to be quiet the gentleman. Good luck with showing, you’ll be kicking some serious butt!

Thanx! Yeah, Katie and Duchess did awesome too! I still ride Diego, but just not as often as I used too. I think I’ll probably show him a bit this year if I can get him back into shape! haha!
