		<description>  It all depends on the language written into their deed to their right-of-way.
  If they&#039;re high tension or very high power lines, you would really not care to build or live under them, due to the possible side effects of the magnetic field generated by them.
  Also, they can and will demand that you do not plant any high growth trees of like under them.
