I am getting married at a vacation home in Texas… Ranch style.. well landscaped…?

How am I to decorate it? We are basically paying for the wedding ourselves, and our budget is $5000. To rent the FABULOUS NEW HOME is a deal and both our grandmothers and aunts will stay there.
How and what can I purchase now for decorations? I’ve been searching on ebay for a few weeks, but I am not sure what to buy or good prices.
I was thinking both inside and outside. The DJ and such could be outside as I am sure the younger people will not want to stay under the older people (50+), and I am sure the older people of my family will want to sit. The home has a screened in patio along the entire back of the porch and the living room is large.
Where are you holding the wedding? Inside, outside, or both?
For outside, if it’s well landscaped, I’d just put out chairs, an aisle runner, and a gazebo or a draped area for the wedding. I’d buy a couple large flower vases and start thinking about the types of flowers I’ll want in them. You should be able to rent most of this.
You’ll also need stuff for the reception – more rental stuff. For centerpeices, a simple bowl with floating flowers or candles should be fine. You can buy mass quantities of organza or ribbon at fabric stores or craft stores. You can start making bows for seatbacks or however you wish to accentuate.

use flowers and candles buy in bulk from walmart, sams or another such store and arrange them yourself have a great wedding.
