Are you talking about the plain macaroni noodles and ranch dressing and not just mixing ranch with macaroni and cheese? Hmmm. It might work. Be like a pasta salad. You should probably mix in some other ingredients though. Some veggies and maybe some chunks of cheese. Serve this cold of course.

Ok I haven't BUT Mac and Cheese is really good mixed with tuna fish! Alot of people get turned off when I say that, but they always love it after they try it. Just drain tuna and mix it in already prepared Kraft Mac and Cheese

ya i hav its really good! but then again i put ranch on almost everything =D ranch is really good on chicken, fries, and steak especially. but surprisingly i dont really like it on salad....
