I want to put windows but it says colonial style so Im wondering does my house have to be colonial? Is there a such thing as ranch style garage doors with windows?

   The ’style" or name they give the garage doors really has nothing to do with the style of your house. If you like the doors, buy them. You might consider insulated garage doors, they cost a bit more, but they keep your garage warmer.

   If you want colonial windows, do it. It’s your house, and you don’t have to please anybody but yourself. Just make sure they’re strong windows so it won’t be easy to break into the garage.
