The house contains energy efficient appliances, lighting and plumbing.

The home is situated with a complete and functional vineyard and winey. The on-site winemaker is well known Napa Valley winemaker, George Vierra. Believing that good winemaking begins in the vineyards, he maintains a close association with the viticulturist. Please watch in High Quality. My friend and I spent a long weekend in December 2009 at the Southern Cross Ranch in Madison, GA riding horses, eating plentiful Southern and German cuisine, and generally relaxing and thoroughly enjoying an end-of-semester/end-of-year mini-vacation. I can’t recommend this place enough. And if you work at the ranch, thank you, thank you, thank you for a memorable and super-fun time! We will definitely be back.
